Additional Photos from Epstein's Property Disclosed by Democratic Party US Lawmakers

Property blueprints for the financier's secluded tropical island included in the photographs.

Furthermore contained in this latest document drop appears to be a site plan for Great St James island, found in the American territory.

Jeffrey Epstein acquired a more modest island - the Little St James - originally in 1998, but subsequently obtained the bigger Great St James in 2016 for around $22.5 million.

These photos indicate he had drawn up plans to build upon the substantial island by erecting living quarters, an amphitheatre, an office beneath the waves and a swimming pool.

You can see the blueprint is a channel, a waterway in the territory, noted on the lower right-hand corner.

The site plan is annotated in notations in red and features a notes section labelling different sections of the estate.

In addition to the main plan are what seem to be several other property layouts and construction drawings, such as plans for marina coverings.

More documentation released as part of the ongoing congressional release.
